校新闻网讯（金融学院供稿）2023年6月30日，第二届中国并购与重组论坛在对外经济贸易大学宁远楼三层报告厅成功举办。本届论坛的主题为“困境与机会”，不同领域的专家学者、企业高管、行业智库研究员等300余位嘉宾出席。“中国并购与重组论坛”由对外经济贸易大学金融学院、法学院、并购与重组研究中心主办。论坛汇集相关政府部门、知名学府、金融企业、产业投资基金等机构知名专家，提倡将实践与方法论相结合，科研与教学相结合，从学术、政策、监管、产业、投资等维度，剖析情势，共谋发展，旨在推进并购重组领域的发展和创新，推动相关领域的人才培养与交流，提升金融服务实体经济的能力，以金融高质量发展推动中国式现代化。  

    

    

赵忠秀校长指出，对外经济贸易大学并购与重组研究中心是收并购、特殊机会投资领域的前沿研究机构，期待以该中心为桥梁，持续增进目前最好的足彩app与国内外金融机构在相关领域的深层次合作交流，响应人才强国战略，培养推动我国金融高质量发展亟需的金融人才。  

   

    

对外经济贸易大学金融学院党委书记曹小勇、法学院党委书记李欢欢先后发言，分别介绍金融学院和法学院的相关领域研究与师资情况，希望大家关注学院、关注并购与重组研究中心的发展。  

    

中国人民银行金融研究所副所长雷曜以“增强宏观韧性，持续推动全球化”为主题，通过详实的数据和严谨的分析，对中国经济面临的挑战和未来的趋势进行了客观分析，经济势态趋势向好，经济复苏是一个过程，应充满信心共同推动投资、消费、外需的全面复苏。  

中国银河证券首席经济学家刘锋以“平等友好的资本市场生态环境助力经济高质量发展”为主题，对目前经济现状的底层逻辑进行了阐释与国内外比较，呼吁探索建立具有中国特色的估值体系，充分发挥资本市场对优化生产要素配置的重要作用。   

    

 中国人民大学法学院教授、北京市破产法学会会长徐阳光以“拯救与出清-破产制度的中国实践”为主题，全方位的分析了破产与重整在实践中的多个方面应考虑的重点和难点问题。  

并购与重组研究中心主任邹亚生为研究员颁发了聘书，并发布了中心今年将开展的十大课题，欢迎大家踊跃报名。  

圆桌论坛分为三场，分别以“债务违约市场、重组重整及特殊机会投资”“地产困境的化解与特殊机会投资”“并购重组中的特殊机会投资”为主题展开探讨。  

中国并购与重组研究中心是产学研教在金融及法律领域的一次成功尝试，为理论界带来行业一线的新动态、新思路。未来，中心将继续与各位同仁一起，共同整合金融、法律、产业、管理等多方面资源，共同研究中国并购重组市场的热点与难点问题，共同探索开放共享的生态，拓展企业并购重组新思维新局面。（校对：一校 王一尧、 二校 吴越岑）
